Question: Are there any additional fees besides the license cost?
Answer: No annual or monthly fees. Simply pay a one time license cost/fee.
Question: Can I run the software on more than 1 domain?
Answer: The software cost include a license for 1 domain. You would need to purchase a license for each additional domain.

Answer: Yes, we offer discounts for non-profits and bulk license purchases. Please contact us for more information at info@storelocatorscript.com
Question: Does the software support multiple languages?
Answer: Yes, both the front-end and the administration panel support multiple languages.
Question: Does the software use language files?
Answer: Yes, the front-end language files are located in the /lang/ web folder. The administration languages files are located in the /sladmin/lang/ web folder. You can edit these files using any basic text editor such as Notepad in Windows.
Question: I don't see my language in the language files. Can you generate my language file for me?
Answer: Yes, please contact us at info@storelocatorscript.com and we'd be happy to help.
Question: Is full source code provided with purchase?
Answer: Yes, full PHP source code is provided with every purchase.
Question: Can I modify the source code to customize?
Answer: Yes, customization modifications are allowed.
Question: Does the software use template files?
Answer: Yes, the software separates the PHP code from the look and feel of the software by using HTML template files. All template files are located in the /skins web folder. You can edit any of the template files using any basic text editor such as Notepad in Windows.
Question: Does the software use a CSS file?
Answer: Yes, the software does use a main CSS file for each template. The CSS file for each template is located in the template folder (/skins//style.css). For example is the template name was "black" the location of the CSS file would be /skins/black/style.css. You can edit the CSS file with any basic text editor such as Notepad in Windows.
Question: How many templates are included with the software?
Answer: Currently the software comes with two templates named "silver" and "black". You can fine the template files in the /skins web folder. For example "silver" would be located in /skins/silver/ and "black" would be located in the /skins/black' web folder.
Question: How do I switch templates?
Answer: You can switch between templates in the administration panel under settings (admin panel > settings > select template).
Question: How do I create my own template?
Answer: The easiest way to create your own template is to modify one of the two default templates. You can also copy and rename an existing template for modification.
Question: Is it possible to remove the extra search options from the "search for a store" web form?
Answer: Yes, this is possible and easy to remove. You can remove the files directly from the template files by simple editing the /skins//search_form.xtpl file in any basic text editor such as Notepad in Windows. We can remove these search forms for you if you send an email to info@storelocatorscript.com
Question: Does the software come with a mobile phone version?
Answer: Yes, the software has a mobile phone version of the built directly into the software.
Question: What mobile phones are supported by the mobile version?
Answer: Any Android, IPhone phone and most newer Blackberry phones such as the Blackberry Torch.
Question: Is the mobile version an mobile phone application or a website?
Answer: The mobile version is part of the website software. When a user visits your store locator the software will automatically detect a mobile device and switch/display a mobile version. This method does not require your customers/users to download and install an phone application.

Answer: Yes, the software automatically detects and loads the mobile version.
Question: Can I disable the mobile version?
Answer: Yes, you can disable the mobile version by commenting out a few lines of code on the front-end PHP files. If you contact us at info@storelocatorscript.com with your FTP information we'd be happy to update this for you.
